Stanley Cohen coined the concept of “moral panic”.
As I understand it, this social stigma of certain groups of people, “folk devils”. Perhaps you can “moral panic” to apply in relation to robots and link it to your aipanic.

Registered their domain names in the directory http://www.alexa.com/. 66 name was registered and the name mil.ai (the use of robots and AI for military purposes) is not passed. After an appeal to the Forum Administrator (on behalf of Debbie) has passed the first stage of registration. The second stage does not work. Debbie herself was trying to drive the data addressed to the engineer - in any way. Given that mil.ai risk.ai and I want to spend an anti-war policy, to prevent existential risk of AI, we can assume that it is the machinations of Skynet
